(The light that was illuminated in the room)
Producer:
Lyrics are from producer’s friend’s writing assignment.
The original title intentionally retained a grammatical mistake that used the passive voice for “照らす (illuminate)” on “光 (light).” Hence, “the light that was illuminated.”

In the last summer break of high school, |
I wasn’t doing anything other than playing games on my laptop. |
In the dark room, the only light was from the monitor, which was quite bad for the eye. |
Obviously, there were lights in the room. |
But with the lights off, one’s personality seems to also turn dark. |
Just like the darkness of the room, I became unradiant as well. |
Right then, some light got into my room; |
That was the light of the sun. |
I, who wasn’t radiant, became radiant with the force of nature; I felt this “light” thing was quite something. |
| That’s quite the imaginative article… |
